Processing Times
All candles are hand-poured and made in small batches, which may affect processing times.
Orders are generally processed within [5-7 business days] of purchase, unless otherwise stated during
high-volume periods or for pre-order items.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
CKANDLE ships orders using reliable carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery windows are
provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
CKANDLE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other
factors outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
From time to time, CKANDLE may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
CKANDLE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product
and packaging so we may assist you.
CKANDLE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers should file a claim directly with the shipping carrier in these cases.
At our discretion, CKANDLE may offer a replacement or store credit for verified damage claims.
International Shipping
CKANDLE currently does not offer international shipping.
Pre-Orders & Special Releases
For pre-orders or special collection releases, processing and shipping times will be clearly stated on the
product page.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be held and shipped together unless
otherwise specified.
