At Ckandle, each candle is hand-poured with care and intention, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

In the rare event that your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at Ckandle2022@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly review your case and provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
